Down To Business
If deep down it's all about commenting on political YouTube channels for you, then like me you have found another way of buring the candle at both ends without earning a goddamn dime. It is important to participate in social justice, as a voter, a political activist or just a concerned citizen; but allowing that to take precedent over growing your list and building a network of friendly online associations, is detrimental. If people know you by communication, like you by association, or trust you by affiliation, they will buy from you. It's that simple.
Don't waste your time upgrading all the te's you surf, you'll burn up your petty cash. You MUST communicate, associate and affiliate. Any of us who never make money online, never do, because we do not understand the golden rule. If you communicate with them, they will get to know you, if you associate them, they will get to like you; and if affiliate yourself with them, they will definitely trust you. And in an industry where free marketing resources are key, the more you join the better.
So remember this, the surf is just for earning credits and getting your page seen, the real key is joining teams and showing yourself to be a truly committed entreprenuer, also making sure your profile pic and preferred social networks show when members see your webpage. That is probably one of the nicest features TE's have, is your face right next to your splashpage. No matter how good your ads are, there is someone with just as good an ad, and he's showing it to everyone he knows.
If people like you, that means you have spent the time introducing yourself in chat, participating in podcasts or joining in at online meetings. But all of this work should be passive; and you can't forget how important it is to meet people, meet more people, then meet even more people. Now, if you used to do a lot of that, like I did, but don't do it anymore, just get out there, surf and stay involved all the work week, which as I hear, may just be reduced to 4. Good luck then.
